Create a study plan
You cannot directly sit for studying without having a plan. Every learner should have a to-do list and he/she should allocate time to different subjects. To boost focus and confidence while studying, learners need to create a pre-study ritual which includes a to-do-list (modules to cover in a session). Study at regular intervals
We often tend to lose our focus if we study at a regular stretch. Hence, you must take a break of approximately 15-minute after every hour, wherein you can relax both your mind as well as body. Take proper sleep and avoid night study

It is just a myth that late-night studies increase productivity. Rather, it leads to lack of sleep, which in turn, affects the brain. On the contrary, an adequate amount of sleep can enhance memory and knowledge-retaining capacity. Furthermore, you must also reduce the intake of energy drinks or coffee to stay awake and at night.
Don’t get distracted by the phone and social media
